We start with a conversation to understand the deduction issues you’re facing and determine whether we’re the right fit to help. This is a no-obligation call focused on your specific situation.
Data Access & Organization
Once we move forward, we securely access your relevant data and take the time to download, organize, and structure it for analysis. Depending on the volume of data, this typically takes a couple of weeks.
Deduction Analysis
Our team then analyzes your deductions in detail to see which are valid. We also scan for errors, discrepancies, and unsupported charges as there are recovery possibilities that don’t fall under the category of a “deduction”.
Findings & Dispute
We present our findings to you clearly, so you understand exactly what we found. From there, often we can handle the dispute on your behalf. If not, we will send over an email to you with the following: who to send it to, a ready-to-paste dispute with backup docs attached.
Recovery Tracking & Settlement
We monitor the dispute process and follow up until it’s resolved, notifying you as soon as a deduction is recovered so you can confirm payment on your end. Once confirmed, we invoice you for our portion of the recovered amount.
